Kelly (Kel) Rush is the founder of Crystalline Systems and a multidisciplinary strategist with more than 20 years of leadership across enterprise IT, executive operations, media, journalism, consulting, and emerging AI systems.
She has led infrastructure and support programs, managed global service operations, run an independent consulting company, directed media organizations, produced and hosted more than 1,000 broadcasts and podcasts, and built documentation and workflows for complex environments.
That unusual range gives Kel a practical ability to see both the system and the story: how a business functions, why customers trust it, what the founder knows that nobody has documented, and how those assets can support continuity and future growth.
